Hello! My name is Min Fan, and I hold a M.S. in Education Sciences from Arizona State University (ASU). Currently, I am a research assistant and am applying for Ph.D. in Child Clinical Psychology. My research focuses on pediatric anxiety and parenting. And my goal is to help kids achieve lives rich in happiness and self-actualization.
Beyond academics, I also enjoy philosophy, history, politics, the military, and music.
My previous major was biology, covering both my undergraduate and a brief Ph.D. period. Later on, in my late adolescence, my life entered a long period of exploration for self-identity and self-worth. It was then that psychology, like a thunderclap, burst into my life, awakening my internal world. Bit by bit, drop by drop, it nourished me from within, transforming what was once barren into fields of vibrant blooms.
I believe that every life has its own meaning, and I am lucky enough to have the one meaning that has been guiding me to keep moving forward.
